Leopard, Liger, or Liar?

A reader requesting anonymity sent this snaphot. He challenges us to decide if it's Leopard with some interesting mods, or is it 10.4 running the Liger theme, or is he just a liar and it's neither!

I think it's Liger casue the menu isn't transparent.

I guess real. not sure why, that number "1" in menu bar bothers me. The Dock to, why all of sudden would someone lay her down if they could have before?? but who knows?

I'd say real - the side bar in the finder window can not be done by Liger alone, and the menu non-transparency shouldn't be too hard to mod. Regarding the "1" in the menu bar I'd guess its just a menu item, like for example "how many wireless networks are available?".
